Why BEST

BEST aligns ourselves with organizations and companies within a target market. We understand the types of spaces and clientele that we service best and look to partner with those companies. This allows us to focus on our clients and develop our management team to understand their unique cleaning needs. Proven History

BEST has been providing janitorial and building maintenance services since 1956. Our longstanding history of providing uninterrupted service to our customers throughout Western Canada has led to long-term business partnerships and exceptional client testimonials.

Quality Service

BEST believes that providing quality, certified services is a key component of our success and client satisfaction. BEST’s Quality Assurance Program is multifaceted and includes multiple components which affect the quality outcomes delivered to our clients. This ensures that a high level of quality is delivered and has resulted in BEST being a CIMS and CIMS Green Building Certified company. This is only one component of our BEST Quality Plan, which makes up our Quality Assurance Program.

Training and Coaching

Frontline and management training is key to providing world-class service excellence. With the right skills and the tools for the job our team members are able to go above and beyond the scope of work while providing a high level of customer service and attention to detail.

BEST has a commitment to world-class people development, which includes formalized education, training, and certification programs. BEST uses a holistic approach towards people development with respect to training and education in where we use a hybrid model that incorporates a comprehensive in-house training program based on the Building Workers Certificate program. These training programs and the implementation are part of our audited CIMS/CIMS-GB certification process and COR Health and Safety Certification.

Recruitment & Retention

In order to provide the training necessary to fulfill these goals, BEST needs to hire and retain quality team members. We are focused on hiring new members to our team through meticulous hiring efforts that allow us to select individuals that fit with our unique company culture and are willing to live out our core values on a daily basis. Once we have selected the right team members for the job, it is equally as important to provide them with a positive work experience.

Environmental Sustainability

BEST has been working with industry associations and through strategic partnerships, to learn about how we can do our part in protecting the environment and the communities we live in. This resulted in a comprehensive climate and environmental strategy that focuses on making choices that have lower impact of the environment, consistently working towards being more environmentally friendly and contributing to community efforts to improve environmental sustainability.
